Explorer Domains warns against Chesley Rafferty
Explorer Domains (auDA Accredited Registrar) apparently supplied domain names for Chesley Rafferty’s Domain Names Australia Pty Ltd business.
Chesley Rafferty and Domain Names Australia Pty Ltd were found guilty of misleading and deceptive conduct by an Australian Federal Court.
Explorer Domains now seems to have had it’s hand bitten with potentially similar misleading and deceptive practices by Chesley Rafferty.
