2.6 Additional Services

2.6.2 During the promotional period each account registered attracts the provision of the following services for the first domain registered from Registry Group: 50 Mb Space, 2 Gb/month website visitor traffic, 10x POP email accounts, MySQL, CGI-Bin, Control Panel, Search engine submission.

2.6.4 Registry Group offers these services free for the first domain name registered with each Client account. Additional domains will be charged for initially when services activated. Registry Group normally charges a standard rate of US$6.95 per month for hosting plus $6.95 per month for search engine submission. Web hosting is offered free for 1 month and search engine submission offered free for 2 weeks.

2.6.5 Registrant can cancel these services for any reason during the initial free trial period without incurring any charge other than the already billed domain registration charges.

2.6.6 Hosting is provided as a separate service to search engine submission. Cancellation of search engine submission can be done by logging into the account and selecting the ‘Cancel Service’ button in the ‘Search Engine Submission’ area. Cancellation of hosting services is a separate process to the cancellation of search engine submission. Cancellation of Web Hosting can be done by logging into the account and selecting the ‘Cancel Service’ button in the ‘Web Hosting’ area. Cancellation of search engine submission does not cancel hosting and cancellation of hosting does not cancel search engine submission – these are two separate actions.

2.6.7 Registrant can cancel these services at any time by logging into the account with the associated username and password. Cancellation within the free trial period incurs no service charges beyond the domain registration. Cancellation after the initial free trial period incurs service fees for any months or part months beyond the free trial period. While payment is made monthly in advance no refunds will be awarded for partial periods paid for but for which the service is cancelled.

2.6.8 Non-cancellation within this allocated period constitutes acceptance by the registrant for the continuation of and subsequent billing at the standard rate for these services.

2.6.9 Billing after the initial free trial period is by direct debit from the registrants nominated credit card at the rate of $6.95 per month for hosting plus $6.95 per month for search engine submission and is payable monthly in advance.

2.6.10 Registrant authorizes any billing may be done by Registry Group. An abbreviation may appear on the credit card statement such as ‘Registry Group’ or ‘Reg Group’ etc.

2.6.11 Should Registry Group receive an RFI (Request For Information) from the credit card processor regarding any charge to the registrants nominated credit card (including but not limited to fees for domain registration, hosting, or search engine submission) then Registry Group shall immediately gain full ownership, control and possession of the domain name involved. The domain may be returned when the matter is resolved to the satisfaction of both parties. The registrant will also be liable to pay Registry Group an RFI administrative fee of $30.00.

2.6.12 Should Registry Group receive an RFI (Request For Information) from the credit card processor regarding any charge to the registrants nominated credit card (including but not limited to fees for domain registration, hosting, or search engine submission) then the registrant will be required to sign and return all necessary transaction acceptance documentation requested by Registry Group by fax to Registry Group within 48 hours of Registry Group sending this documentation by email, sending being defined as when it leaves Registry Group servers not when the customer reads the email.

2.6.13 Should any fees charged by Registry Group to the registrants nominated credit card for the account be charged back (including but not limited to fees for domain registration, hosting, or search engine submission) then Registry Group shall gain full ownership, control and possession of the domain name involved. The registrant will also be liable to pay Registry Group a chargeback administrative fee of $30.00.
